Software Subscriptions
We offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required for exploring platform features. Monthly subscriptions allow cancellation anytime, though no refunds are provided for partial months. Annual plans include a full refund within 30 days if service hasn't been actively used, but become non-refundable afterward.
Hardware Returns
Devices can be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition for a full refund. Defective items receive free replacement within 90 days with prepaid return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies to opened or used devices, but not to defective products.

Important Restrictions
Services like installation, training, and custom development are explicitly non-refundable once completed. Initiating chargebacks results in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
Exceptional Cases
Management may approve refunds outside standard terms for service outages, billing errors, regulatory changes, or documented hardship situations.
